Learn how modify who can see what in the Content Library

Updated over a week ago

By sharing a Content Library folder or post to one or more users, that item becomes hidden from anyone it is not shared with. This is a great tool for creating specific content for various groups within your institution.

Click the link to jump to a specific section:

Sharing a Content Library Folder

To share a Content Library folder, click on the three dots at the top right hand corner of that folder. A drop down menu will appear. Click the option to "Share."

A pop up window will provide a list of people you can share this folder with. Select who you want the folder shared with and then click "Save."

From the Content Library page, you can view who a folder has been shared with. The grey circle at the bottom left hand corner of the folder shows their initials.

To remove someone from the shared list, click the three dots and "Share" to navigate to the "Share Content" window. Click the "X" next to that person's name and click "Save" to remove them from the shared list. If no one remains on the shared list, the Content Library folder will be available to all users.
