Navigating to the Posts Calendar in Denim Social
To find our Posts Calendar feature, click on "Publishing" and then "Posts" on the left hand menu in the platform. At the top right corner of the Posts List page, click "Calendar" to switch to the Calendar view.
Filtering the Calendar
On the calendar, you can view all the posts for the month selected. You can filter the posts by the page or account it was scheduled for, who scheduled the post, what approval group the post went through, who approved the post, or any tags used for that post. You can also filter the calendar to show only posted, pending approval, scheduled, or failed posts. Finally, you can search posts using the search box.
Posts Color Coding
The posts are color coded in the calendar as well.
Blue - The post has go out successfully to the pages or accounts it was scheduled for
Green - The post is scheduled to go out in the future
Orange - The post is waiting for approval from the approval group
Red - The post has failed to post to the pages or accounts it was scheduled for
Using the drag and drop feature
You can modify the date that a post is scheduled for by clicking and dragging that post to another day.
Viewing details of a post
You can view the details of a post from the calendar by clicking on the post. A pop up window will appear with a quick view of the the details of the post. You can click "View Details" view the full Posts Details page.
