Happy Holidays from Denim Social!  This year, we want to set you and your teams up for success going into the holiday season.  That's why we created holiday photo templates in Canva! 

BONUS: for admins, we created post templates in our content collections for you to make your own!   

Here are the instructions for accessing these templates:

*Note: You will need a Canva account to access the templates.  To set up a FREE Canva account, go to <a href="https://www.canva.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">canva.com</a>.

Users Guide To accessing the post image templates in Canva

Open the PDF you received in your email, it looks like this:

Click into the Canva Template you want to access

3. Edit your image to align with your company or professional brand.  

4. Download the image as a JPEG or PNG (Click Share in the upper right hand corner, then Download, then choose JPEG or PNG)

5. When creating your post in Denim Social, drag and drop/upload your image into the media box.  You're all set!

   5. When creating your post in Denim Social, drag and drop/upload your image into the media box.  You're all set!

NOTE: The below process to create posts using our post templates is for admins that can access the content collections.  If you are not an admin, you are welcome to use the templates that we sent directly to your email.  Or, your team may already have posts created for you - please reach out to your teams' admin for more information on holiday posts available for you to use. 

Access your Content Collections&gt;Click on the Denim Social Collection

Find the post you like in the Denim Social Collection

Click the Brevis link in the post to get the editable image Canva template

Edit your image to align with your company or professional brand.  

Download the image as a JPEG or PNG (Click Share in the upper right hand corner, then Download, then choose JPEG or PNG)

Go back to the post in the collections and add to your content library.  Upload your newly edited image from Canva and tweak the copy how you see fit.  

1. Don't forget  to remove the brevis link to Canva ;) 

Save the post to the Content Library, and Repeat!

2. Find the post you like in the Denim Social Collection
   
    
3. Click the Brevis link in the post to get the editable image Canva template
   
    
4. Edit your image to align with your company or professional brand.  
   
    
5. Download the image as a JPEG or PNG (Click Share in the upper right hand corner, then Download, then choose JPEG or PNG)
6. Go back to the post in the collections and add to your content library.  Upload your newly edited image from Canva and tweak the copy how you see fit.  
   1. Don't forget  to remove the brevis link to Canva ;) 
7. Save the post to the Content Library, and Repeat! 

PS - don't forget to let your producers know that there's a ton of holiday content in the library that they can schedule out for the rest of the year!
