Denim Social

On December 6th, 2022 at 7:00 pm CST we released a new version of the <a href="http://app.denimsocial.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Denim Social</a> Publishing Solution.

Below are the updates and fixes we made to the platform.

NEW: Organizations can be linked together as “parent” and “child” associations to one another. Parent / Child associations were created for large organizations with large, distributed teams needing access to their own Denim Social account but which require a level of oversight and control from a Parent account. With Parent/Child accounts, you can:

Share content from one Denim Social organization to another.

View aggregated analytics from all child accounts rolled up to the parent account.

Create and assign default approval workflows for each child organization

Parent organizations can assign 'No approval needed' for child institutions using shared content.

Parent organizations have the ability to export all users from all their child organizations.

If your company wants to take advantage of the new parent/child associations, please contact your customer success manager. They will work with you to see if this solution is suited for your organization.

Fix: Post previews that include a shortened URL will now accurately display the shortened url in the social network preview, and the url in the preview will direct you to the correct site.

Fix: Fixed overlapping file titles in 'Select from Media Library.'

Fix: Several 'Compose' elements previously overlapped on a mobile display. This fixed the overlapping to give an improved mobile experience.

Update: UpContent: After an article is used from the UpContent collection, instead of hiding them, we now change the background to gray and count the number of times that article has been used, in the same way that we do with content libraries and other collections. This was done to give a quick visual indication this article has been used in a social post.
