If you have recently created a new page or have become an admin on a page, you can sync the pages in your accounts list so that you don't have to completely re-connect your profile.
1. To pull in a new business page after your Facebook account has been connected to Denim Social, first ensure that you are an Admin on that page in Facebook. Here is Facebook's Help Center article for more information on managing the roles of a Facebook page.
2. Next, log in to Denim Social and navigate to the Social Network Accounts page by clicking "Social Networks" and the "Accounts" on the left hand menu. Here you will see the list of accounts currently connected to Denim Social. Click on the Facebook account where you want to add the new business page. Now you will be on the Account Details page for that Facebook account and you can view the business pages that are connected through that account to Denim Social.
3. To add additional pages on which you're an admin in Facebook, click "More actions" at the top right hand corner and then "Re-sync Facebook Pages." After refreshing the webpage, you should see the new business pages listed.
If re-syncing doesn't automatically pull in the new business page(s), you will need to log in to Facebook and confirm that page is selected on you Denim Social business integration. Here's Facebook's help center article on how to navigate to your business integrations. On the Denim Social business integration, click "View and Edit" to modify the pages Denim Social has access to. Select every permission for the page you would like to add and save. The try re-syncing in Denim Social to pull in the new business page.
