This article serves as the list of items to complete to successfully onboard new customers.

  1. Determine Users. Denim will aid the customer in determining which company representatives (Users) participate in the utilization of the Denim platform. Denim will aid the customer by providing verbiage regarding the customer’s partnership with Denim that can be utilized by marketing teams, and will also host a webinar designed to accomplish the same. Ultimately, this leads to a completed .csv file containing a list of company representatives that would like to participate in the Denim platform.   2. Facebook Business Manager. Denim will request “Advertiser Access” to the Facebook Business Pages selected to participate in the Denim platform. Simultaneously, Denim will create an Ad Account under Denim’s Facebook Business Manager, giving Admin Access to customer representatives who will supply a payment method for media costs associated with Facebook advertising.   3. Denim Platform Users. The customer will select a group of marketing professionals who they would like to have access to log in to their Denim platform account. These people who log in have the ability to create and launch campaigns, edit User records, create Audiences, create Groups, and view and share Insights.   4. Denim Provisions Login Access. Denim will provision login access to the selected marketing professionals who the customer would like to be able to utilize their Denim platform account. Denim provides personal webinars to marketing staff members to train them on the utilization of the Denim platform at this time.

  5. Users & Groups. Denim provides guidance on Groups in the Denim platform and explains how to place Users into User Groups. Click here for more information on Users & Groups.

  6. Creative Assets. The customer uploads images and videos selected for utilization in the advertisements that will ultimately be created in the Denim platform. Images and videos are uploaded using Denim's Media product. Click here for more information on creative assets.

  7. Audiences. Denim explains what the Audiences product within the Denim platform is, and the various types of Audiences that can be created in the platform. Denim discusses best practices surrounding Audiences and offers guidance on the creation of Audiences for the customer. Click here for more information on Audiences.

  8. Campaigns. As necessary, Denim conducts a training webinar with the marketing managers who are utilizing the Denim platform regarding the process of creating and launching the customer’s first campaign. Click here for more information on Campaigns.
