Approval workflows tell Denim Social who needs to see a post prior to it being posted.

As an Admin you will be able to Add/Edit/remove Approval Groups

To Add an Approval Group:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Approval groups

  2. Click on Add Approval Button on the right-hand side.

  3. Add Approval Group Name

  4. Add Description

  5. Select the checkbox if you want this approval group to be the default selection

  6. Select the users who need to be in the approval group from the dropdown

  7. Select the checkbox if you want all the users in this group to approve the post in order to be approved. If one of the members of this workflow creates the post, approval will be required by the other members of the workflow.

  8. Click the Create button.

To Edit an Approval Group:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Approval groups

  2. Click on the name of the approval group you want to edit

  3. In the drop-down click on the pencil icon to edit

  4. You can rename, add or remove moderators

  5. Click on the update button to save your changes.

To Delete an Approval Group:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Approval groups

  2. Click on the trash can icon next to the approval group you want to remove

  3. Confirm by clicking on the delete button
