Create summary report

Summary reports are setup by clicking on the “Summary Reports” option under the Notifications menu. Summary reports can be scheduled to run at any time and include items from a time frame which you determine.

  1. You can name your summary report whatever you'd like

  2. The Email subject field is what will display in the subject line when you receive the summary report email. 'Weekly Posts' or 'Monthly Posts' is a common name.

  3. You can add a description that helps you remember what the report is for.

  4. Add any/all social networks that you'd like to see posts for.

  5. If you have set up an RSS feed search you can also add that into your summary report

  6. Then choose how often and when you'd like to receive the report

  7. Last, choose who should receive the email
