Logging In For The First Time
Once your admin has added you as a user, you should receive an email from support@denimsocial.com with your User Name (email address) and a temporary password. Click on the 'Go To Your Account' button.
After clicking the button, you will be prompted to enter your username and temporary password. Then, you'll be prompted to create a new password. Then you'll be logged in!
Logging in if you forgot your password
If you forgot your password, make sure you follow the steps below. If you try 5 times to enter your password unsuccessfully, you will be locked out and our Denim Social engineers will have to unlock you:
Go to app.denimsocial.com.
Click 'Forgot Password'
Add your work email and click submit. This will send you instructions to set up your new password.
Once you have your new password set up, you will be able to log into the tool!
