Admin - Share Access to a Social Network

An admin or user can share access to their social networks with another user within Denim Social without having to share their credentials.

Sharing access gives admins and users options for posting to other users' social networks without having to share passwords or login credentials. With shared network access you can also view all network activities and export reports for that network. There are a few scenarios where this can come in handy:

  1. If you are a regional or branch manager who would like to post on behalf of multiple producers (or any role in Denim Social besides a full access admin) you are still able to post on behalf of those users if they share access of their social networks with you.

  2. If an admin is the only owner/admin on a social network (meaning your producers don't have access or cannot login to their social networks natively) an admin can share access to the account with the user. This way the user can post compliantly through Denim Social, but cannot login and post natively.

To share access, navigate to Social Networks> Accounts> choose the account you want to share account access with >click the arrow button under the Actions column.

From there you can choose who you want to share access with. Keep in mind that any user who has the administrative permission of "Manage All Social Networks" already has full access already and you will not need to share access with them.

Once you share access to a social network, the individual you have shared access with can publish content to that social network from within their own Denim Social account.
