Viewing and Posting Experience.com Reviews in Denim Social

Navigate to Publishing > Reviews. Here you’ll see all users’ 5 star reviews that Denim Social has pulled over from Experience.com

You will see how many reviews each user has, the number of new reviews will be highlighted in pink. The users with the ‘Add User’ button under their name have profiles on Experience, but haven’t been added as a user in Denim Social. Clicking ‘Add Users’ will bring you to the Create User module so you can easily add them to Denim Social.

If you click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the user, you can do 1 of 3 things:

  1. Settings: turn on automatic posting

  2. Share: share those reviews with others that are loaded in your institution. This comes in handy if you have a branch manager or assistant that manages social media for the associate/user.

  3. Delete: would delete the user from Denim Social

If you click into the user, you’ll see all of the 5 star reviews that Denim Social pulled over from Experience.com for that specific user. If you click the 3 dots on an individual review, you’ll have the option to add the post to the content library.

You can also enable automatic posting from this module. When you toggle this on, a pop-up will appear and give you the option to choose the networks to post to automatically.

You will also be able to select the frequency of automatic posts.

A few things to note:

  • Remember to maintain consistency in your social media content calendar by balancing reviews alongside all other social media posts.

  • If a user is signed up for automatic posting and has already posted all of their reviews, the system will not post again until a new review comes in.

  • Denim Social isn’t talking to Experience about their settings, so ensure that settings are complementary to what you have set up in Denim

    • If you want to manage everything through Denim make sure you have automatic posting, etc. disabled in Experience and that settings are complementary of each other
