Updated over a week ago

Under the User Performance tab, you will find lots of helpful information, graphs, and be able to download specific data that you are looking for.

Below is a step by step guide on navigating through User Performance.

Step 1: The ribbon below User Performance. This is where you can filter your options to reflect specific pieces of data that you are looking for. Things like user, date range, compare to, customize, and export.

Note: The customize tab will allow you to filter your search results down to these three main options: Users summary, Posts, and Logins. You may choose to "display all" or toggle off in order to select only a select few.

Note: The export tab, this allows you to export your data into a PDF format.

Let's take a closer look at the User Performance data ribbon from above.

  • User- this section will allow you to filter your results based on which users network you want your data to come from. For example:

  • Date Range- this section allows you to filter your results anywhere from 7 days - 90 days. This allows you to have a small or wide range to compare results to, depending on what it is you want to see.

  • Compare to- the compare to section allows you to filter your dates in a compared to format. This section also allows you to select your date range anywhere from 7 days to 90 days.

Step 2: User Stats- this section is built to give you an overview of total original posts, total content library posts, and total logins.

  • Note: this section can be filtered down by specific username!

You can also see who your top performer is labeled in blue with a star!

Step 3: Breakdown of posts and graphs to reflect the data.

Here you will see user posts by day, comparing original posts and content library posts. You will also see a user percentage in the top right hand corner of this screen.

Step 4: Breakdown of logins. This again reflects user logins by day and total login percentage can be shown in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Pro Tip!

Place some time on your calendar a couple times a week to come in and take a look at these charts. This will help you stay top of mind on how often you are logging in and posting to the platform! This is also helpful for admins who are wanting to pull together data for a business review or presentation to the team!

Don't forget to utilize you chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen if you have any questions or concerns while working with our Denim Social Analytics!
