Understand both post-level and network-level performance comparing against different time frames to understand momentum. Track metrics across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

Below is a step by step process on navigating through the Denim Social Analytics section on the Denim Social Platform.

Here are the things that we talk about in this article:

Your first step will be to sign into your account and navigate to the left hand side of your screen and select "Analytics."

Next, you will see a series of options listed: posts, networks, shortened links, and user performance.

First we are going to look at posts.

Posts

Under the posts tab, you will see the pages that you have linked to the Platform listed at the top of your screen. Here you will be able to "see all" or each individual network's posts with an overview of their analytics. This can be filtered by date, posted to, and type.

Under the posts section you will be able to access several different metrics related to each posts. By hovering over each metric, you will see a detailed description of each. See here for a more in depth overview of Posts.

Networks

Next, is the Networks section, here you will see all of the social networks in which you have connected to the platform. Details such as impressions, reach, engagement, etc. will be available. See the article on networks here for a more information.

Shortened Links(Clicks Report)

The shortened links section gives an overview of the brevis links that you have created for a post.

Link Shortener Results - Analyze your most clicked content with the link shortener report.

  • Example: By clicking on the "view details" icon you can access the report.

  • Next, you will see the breakdown of the traffic for the link.

Note: You also have the option to export this data into a PDF by clicking the "export" button in the top right hand corner of your screen.

User Performance

The user performance tab is going to show you specific data based on each user in the platform. For example: you can see total posts, original posts, content library posts, and logins for each individual user. For a more in depth overview of User Performance, check this article out here.
